Daily Living Skills Support

We provide therapeutic supports to assist individuals with difficulty integrating into and accessing the community of their choice. We support individuals in developing and maintaining skills of daily living and independence.
Services can include:

• 2-24 Hours of support per week
• Assistance with addressing basic needs such as: finances, education, meal planning, home maintenance, using public transportation, and utilizing coping skills.
• Encouragement for good hygiene and healthy lifestyle choices, accessing community resources, connecting to natural supports, and participating in educational, vocational, and social interests.

All while encouraging as much independence as possible.

Services are provided by certified MHRT-1 or MHRT-C staff.

Skills Development Services

These services are designed to assist individuals to increase independence by learning necessary skills. These skills can include but are not limited to:

• Connecting with natural supports
• Using public transportation
• Budgeting
• Accessing 12-Step programs
• Participating in educational, vocational, and social interests

Weekly support hours are determined by the needs of individuals, up to 10 hours per week.

Services are provided by certified MHRT-C staff.
